Seeded by the team; after launch it is refilled by hand from creator fees, not automatic, no amount promised. A ticker that runs out leaves the pool; with fewer than 3 left, rounds become labeled practice rounds until it is refilled.

Honest limits
- The server knows the answer early. It publishes a commit at second 0 and the answer + salt at the reveal, so a wrong winner is provable after the fact, not impossible beforehand.
- The bag is small (≈ $1), sized per round from the Chainlink price feed. Weekend rounds use the Friday price, labeled.
- The prize wallet can run empty. It is refilled by hand. Empty means practice rounds, not IOUs.
- Brute force is possible, just expensive: 56 wallets holding 100,000 $LENS each to drain about one small bag per round. Math on /docs.
- Tokenized stocks are risky. So is $LENS. Nothing here is financial advice.
